We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Design and Manufacturing Systems team. The individual in our Mold Maker position will be responsible for the machining of prototype molds and tooling to satisfy the needs of new product development and various other Engineering groups.

Specific Duties:

• Operate both conventional and CNC machine tools
• Operate 3D CAD/CAM software
• Understand all machine tool operating cycles and controls
• Execute set-up and operation of machine tools
• Utilize inspection instruments and gauges to qualify work
• Operate overhead crane
• Complete written and electronic documentation
• Read drawings, blueprints and various technical materials, as necessary

• Requires a High School Diploma and/or equivalent; prefer an Associates Degree in Machine Tool Technology or related field
• Requires no less than two years of mold making and/or tool making experience 
• Requires two years of CNC Programming experience, using CAM software, prefer experience with Unigraphics/NX software
• Requires four years of combined experience using Lathes and Mills
• Requires strong verbal and written communication
• Requires the ability to obtain and maintain a fork truck and overhead crane license
• Requires own set of hand tools
• Requires experience setting up and operating CNC equipment
• Requires experience interpreting GD&T
• Requires experience working with word processing and spreadsheet software, internet and email, prefer experience using MS Word, Excel, and Lotus Notes
• Requires the ability to to travel up to 10% of the time domestically and/or internationally
• Requires the ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license and a favorable motor vehicle report
• Requires the ability to obtain and maintain passport
