In this positionplastic molding jobs, you will perform troubleshooting, repair and training of Husky hot runners and controllers at customer locations mainly within the western region of North America. Maintain excellent customer relations and work collaboratively with factory support and the sales team to provide solutions to meet customer expectations.

PLASTIC MOLDING JOBS KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop solutions and execute containment plan to get the customer back into production as quickly as possible.
• Provide observations, feedback, data and recommendations to factory support for next actions toward resolution and warranty determination.
• Process review and assistance to optimize part quality and performance.
• Train customers in the assembly repair and maintenance of Hot Runner systems.
• Complete service reports documenting hours, observations, data, and recommendations for each service intervention.
• Maintain positive relations with the sales team and customers.

PLASTIC MOLDING JOBS QUALIFICATIONS:

• A degree in Plastics or Mechanical Engineering or Technical College Diploma with additional training in mold design and processing.
• At least 3 years of injection molding experience including processing, maintenance, and repair.
• 2 years of hands-on experience with Husky Hot Runners.
• Proven methodical approach to troubleshooting while using blueprints and schematics.
• Technically strong in the areas of Hot Runner assembly, repair, troubleshooting, process optimization, and injection molding machine repair.
• Experience with measure tools including electrical multimeter.
• Commodity and Engineering grade resin knowledge.
• Basic understanding of the elements of mold design.
• Excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills.
• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent driving record and procession of or an ability to obtain a passport
• Functional Spanish communication skills.
