A skilled supervisor / technician with strong injection molding experience and technical aptitude, JOB DUTIES: Perform hourly quality checks on all production running. Inspect and approve all new start-ups. Fill out and maintain all necessary quality checklist and forms. May aid in training new operators (on quality issues) Performs quality checks on all production at weight count station. Must communicate quality deviations to Department Supervisors and Technicians. Will perform other duties/task as required by Q.C. Supervisor to assist in production of parts. Able to manage a workforce of 15+ employees, give out work instructions, follow through on paperwork.
Working hours: 12:00am till 8:30am
PLASTIC INJECTION MOLDING JOB REQUIREMENTS: Requires 9-12 months to acquire training necessary to perform all jobs, Most of training is performed on the job, Requires manual dexterity in using measuring devices. Must have adequate communication skills to understand, read, and comprehend Quality Control instruction sheets and shift check off-sheets. Must be able to perform basic math. Must have time management skills. Must have decision making capabilities.
