Essential Plastic Injection Molding Job Duties: •Operate forklift to deliver raw, material to machines/lines in a safe, productive and efficient manner •Loading machines and monitoring operations •Add color to material and document liquid color data and statistics •Promote Safety and Quality and Environmental awareness. •Ensure that safety and quality requirements are fulfilled. •Perform process verification prior to job commencement. •Ensure that current processes are done within the allotted time per management. •Remain current on forklift training and certification as required by manager and/or Igloo Safety •Required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required. Minimum Plastic Injection Molding Job Requirements and Qualifications: •High School Diploma or equivalency •Minimum of 1 year injection molding / manufacturing •Minimum of 6 months of experience on the electric stand-up forklift •Must speak, read, write and comprehend English •Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide •Able to walk quickly and climb stairs; Able to wear a respirator; •Able to push/pull a maximum of 300 lbs. up to 20 times per day during a 12 hour shift (Assistance provided if needed); •Able to lift a maximum of 50 lbs. up to 30 times per day during a 12 hour shift; •Able to manipulate tools with both hands and stand for long periods; •Ability to see and hear within normal limits. •Work environment: Hot humid in summer months, cold during winter. Offer is contingent on being able to pass a forklift evaluation that demonstrates ability to safely operate the type of lift you will be required to drive.
