Plastic Molding Job  Production Supervisor

Knowledge of the operation of injection molding machines and machine safety. Knowledge of decoupled molding process and perform molds set up.

Ability to safely lift up to 70 lbs.

Broad knowledge of engineered plastic resin and it’s processing characteristics.

Problem solving, decision making, team work with different department representatives, self-directed.

Ability to supervise, teach and influence others effectively.

Leadership skills

Create proper culture and habits on employees of follow up work instructions, procedures, standards, etc.

Personal computer skills to include MS Word, Power Point and Excel.

Ability to improve or maintain a safe environment.

H.S. diploma with preference for additional formal education beyond in a technical or trade school.

Experience: 3-5 years in leadership position and familiarity with molding processes, machines, materials and operations.
