Are you an experienced Manufacturing Engineer who thrives on improving manufacturing processes, productivity, and efficiency? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment? If so, we may have just the job for you. Thermotech, Inc. is one of the premier custom molders of close tolerance, engineered resins, producing parts for primarily the automotive, medical and electronics industries.
As a Manufacturing Engineer at Thermotech, Inc., you will play an important role in investigating and analyzing established manufacturing processes and molds. Utilizing your past engineering experience, you’ll be asked to modify, correct, and improve all aspects of the processes, including methods, procedures, equipment, molds, cycles, automation, peripheral and secondary equipment, work flow, documentation, part inspection, statistical application, parameters, packaging, and more. Because you will be working closely with production personnel, you will be aiding in identifying technical training needs, as well as developing appropriate instruction plans. This includes conducting on-the-job and classroom training for production personnel. Because we feel your role is important in ensuring the success of our projects, you will be asked to participate in pre-design and pre-production meetings for new molds and projects, as needed.
