To support our continued growth, MGS Mfg. Group is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for its tooling and manufacturing facility. This is an excellent 1st Shift opportunity! We offer great benefits, a clean and friendly work environment and the latest in technology.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
Prepare and set up machinery for scheduled production runs.
Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
Ability to perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
Experience and Skills
Required Experience:
Must have excellent troubleshooting skills and at least 5-7 years of maintenance experience with injection molding machines. Must be able to read both electrical and hydraulic blue prints and be comfortable with using multi meters checking 24vdc to 480 ac. Allen Bradley PLC knowledge and basic welding skills are a plus.
