Blow Molding Machine Operator

• Shift line operation and performance
• Light Troubleshooting of blow molding machines
• Conduct all PM tasking for the blow molder production lines
• Ensure adherence to quality standards
• Perform daily set up and bottle size changeovers on all equipment
• Provide all lubrication and equipment support
• Maintain log of all repairs and adjustments made to equipment
• Follow and support all safety programs
• Maximize performance of blow mold equipment
• Conduct quality checks and implement corrective action as necessary
• Preserve blow mold equipment through proper cleaning
• Responsible for bringing machine up from a cold condition to a full production operation insuring the container meets quality specifications

• 5 years experience operating blow molders
• Understands Blow Mold Operations - Uniloy experience preferred
• Electrical background preferred
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
• Ability to work in a Unionized environment
