The position of Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring systems maintenance and reliability. The candidate most likely fit for this position must be competent in the field of electrical repair as well as PLC troubleshooting/repair. A background in hydraulic troubleshooting and repair will be a plus.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Troubleshoot/Repair Robotic/Automation equipment.
Troubleshoot /Repair Plastic Injection machines.
Troubleshoot/Repair Facility systems.
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
Must be computer literate.
Experience with CMMS systems.
Possess the ability to read, interpret, and update electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic circuitry schematics.
Working knowledge of control logic.
Upgrade out of date control systems.
Be able to maintain an inventory system of service parts and supplies in accordance to the requirements set forth by the supervisor.
Have the ability to specify, install, start, and trouble shoot electrical systems.
Be able to diagnose machinery and equipment failures using proper tools and instruments.
Perform preventive maintenance of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Be able to troubleshoot and repair machinery control components.
Possess the mechanical aptitude to diagnose and repair mechanical equipment.
Be familiar with the operation and maintenance of Fanuc robots.
Knowledge of vision system applications.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Must hold a current Industrial Maintenance Electrical license.
Must possess or be able to pass Arkansas Low-Pressure Boiler Test.
Must have a minimum of 3 years of Industrial Electrical experience.
Have knowledge of basic PLC programming and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of electrical building codes and to pass National Electrical Code (NEC) test
